WHEN TO SKI IN NEW ZEALAND ?

Wanna snowboarding along year ? Sure, you still can do Skiing and Snowboarding d in June until September. for that you must going to  the Pacific Ocean is a long narrow country where the lower part is frequently subject to a freezing polar blast directly from the Antarctic continent, call New Zealand.

June and July is the coldest month in the month of new zealand, and can offer good skiing powder. August is the peak month you where to go skiing, and depending on the weather, there are a variety of skiing in September and October, from spring ski conditions to winter powder.



NEW ZEALAND SKI SEASON 2015 DATES

The New Zealand ski season typically runs from early June until mid-October, depending on snow and weather conditions.  The 2014 season ran from 7th June until 12 October.  That was a 128 day season!
In 2015 the ski season is due to kick off with Coronet Peak and Mt Hutt scheduled to open on 13th June.  Check out the table below for all the planned opening and closing dates for the 2015 season.  Of course this information is subject to snow and weather conditions.
